REFUND POLICY
Before a placement goes live
If payment succeeded but your placement was not published due to an error on our side, we refund in full.
After a placement goes live
Sponsored placement is advertising inventory. Once your placement is live, the position is withdrawn from sale, so payments are generally non-refundable.
Declined or removed placements
If we decline or remove your placement for content reasons, we refund the unused portion of the period purchased.
