TERMS OF SERVICE
1. What we sell
CROWNBOARD sells paid promotional placements within categories. A purchase grants display of your company in a numbered sponsored position for the agreed period. It grants no ranking, endorsement, exclusivity beyond the purchased position, or performance guarantee.
2. Eligibility and content
You confirm you are authorised to represent the company you submit, and that your logo, description and links are lawful and not misleading. We may decline or remove any placement that breaches this.
3. Payment
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payment is processed by our payment provider; a placement becomes live only after payment is verified.
4. Availability
Positions are limited. A position is held only briefly during checkout and is released if payment is not completed.
5. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the placement concerned.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always applies to new purchases.
